Peggy here. It is Day Two of Convalescing Jay J. He is held about 24 hours a day and we talk with him about his broken leg, which is bandaged. He is, of course, extremely brave. Jay's foot has had its surgery and he can't walk on the leg for 8 weeks. We've gotten magazines and videos for him, but somehow it's not enough. He wants to be held. So we hold him a lot and talk about how we're going to put him in his home kennel because we need to do a couple of things around here and then we don't. put him in his kennel. Jay is a very sweet little dog.
My brother Ken is visiting from Oregon. He has dog-whispered his dachsund, Fonzie, who is a rescue dog from a very bad situation. Ken is helping us with Jay J.
Kathy and Jay J are verrrry bonded and adore each other. They are of one mind.
